Go to Online Store → Themes. 1. Click Customize. 2. Open App Embeds (or the appropriate template). 3. Enable SOPO Conversions. 4. Click Save.

Please check the following: 1. The app is installed successfully. 2. The feature is enabled inside the app. 3. The App Embed or App Block is enabled. 4. Your theme changes have been saved. 5. Yes. Each feature can be enabled or disabled independently, allowing you to use only the tools that fit your store.

No. However, if you publish a new theme, you'll need to enable the App Embed or add the required App Blocks to the new theme.

Open Apps → SOPO Conversions, update your settings, and click Save. Most changes are reflected on your storefront immediately.
